How Daevanion boards work
- Each board is a 15×15 grid. You can only learn nodes directly above, below, left or right of a node you already own, starting from the center.
- Every node costs Daevanion crystals: 1 for common, 2 for rare, 3 for epic and 4 for unique nodes. Nodes on the way to your target also cost crystals, so the route matters.
- Green nodes raise skill levels, the rest add stats. Corner and edge nodes hold the strongest effects such as cooldown reduction and combat speed.
- Boards unlock by character level (Nezakan 12, Zikel 20, Byzel 30, Triniel 40, Asphel 45). Crystals come from level-ups, quests and content rewards, and nodes can be refunded for Kinah.
Board data for the Global service (English, Japanese, German, Spanish, French, Portuguese). Crystal costs per node are estimated from node grade (1 / 2 / 3 / 4) and match the published total for the Nezakan board. Node data is taken from the official AION2 character pages. Data as of 2026-10-06
