Gulp Missile

When the Pokémon uses Surf or Dive, it becomes Gulping Form if its HP is above half, or Gorging Form if its HP is at half or below. When it takes damage, it spits out its prey to deal damage equal to 1/4 of the attacker's max HP; additionally, in Gulping Form it lowers the attacker's Defense by 1 stage, and in Gorging Form it paralyzes the attacker.
