Chesnaught physical wall build specialized in HP and Defense, deflecting opposing attacks with high physical bulk.
Leftovers or Leech Seed and, Spiky Shield combines to maintain HP, with attacking moves referencing its own Defense Body Press pressures as the configuration.
Switches in against favorable physical attackers, Knock Off nullifies opponents' items, or Leech Seed drains HP to chip as the main role. Plays tenaciously behind high physical bulk, and Shuts down opposing physical attackers to stall — its role.

All EVs in HP and Defense leverage Mega Chesnaught's high physical bulk, Physical Wall + Attacker Build. Leech Seed and Spiky Shield chip and heal, while Body Press from high Defense racks up damage in cycles.
Synthesis is another recovery option
For a more reliable wall role, Synthesis (recovers 1/2 max HP) is an option. Compared to Leech Seed, it recovers more easily from heavy damage — that's the advantage.
Leveraging its 172 base Defense to stop physical attackers, a pivot/cushion role. With recovery and offense, it can stall the opponent and apply pressure as an attacker.
Weak to Special Attackers hitting its weaknesses
With Defense-focused EVs, it folds to special attackers. Play around avoiding direct face-offs with them.
