- Official description
- 1 more normal customer will visit everyday but starting rent cost 75 credit more.

How it works
One more normal customer every day for 0 points (2→3 at the starting Store Attractiveness of 250). Rent rises by 75, which adds up to 514 by day 49 on Mark Up. Each extra customer only needs to leave 15 credits of profit to pay for it. Cannot be combined with Side Street.
If you play the intro, no random normal customers come on days 1–13, so the extra slot only helps when your Display Case draws more customers than the other slots can take. From day 14 (day 2 if you skip the intro), random normal customers can also fill the remaining slots.
Rating
Zero points add a normal customer slot, but also add 75 to starting rent and use one selection slot. Strong when stock can serve that demand; compare actual extra profit with the growing rent bill, not the number of possible normal customers.
On Thin MarginsThere is no ordinary retail markup and rent grows 10% each payment. For Aquafarmer in particular, prefer funding feed and usable stock before this rent increase.
On Red InkAvoid as an opening default for Rock Bottom, Hydroponic Farmer or Gunsmith while cash or finished stock is missing. The same 75 initial increase compounds, and there is no starting Rent Grace.

- Rock Bottom has no starting stock. Take only with a credible stock-recovery and first-rent plan; more potential buyers alone do not solve zero cash, and this is a poor choice on Red Ink.

- Hydroponic Farmer must bridge the period before dependable harvests. Choose only when supplied stock or a funded growing-and-selling loop can pay the higher rent.

- Gunsmith begins with 150 cash and 250 rent. The extra normal customer slot does not complete a weapon order; take only after budgeting the additional 75 and replacement parts.

Perks that work well with it
- Short Sleeper
Preserve the normal customer quota after shopping trips so the added slot is not spent canceling the outing penalty. Both still need stock that can sell.
- Sawyer's Crew
Free ordinary Janitorial Service helps preserve the attractiveness-based part of the normal customer quota alongside the extra slot.
Perks that work against it
- Bad Lease
Combined starting rent rises by 115. That needs a real cash-generating stock plan before any later growth in the bills.
