About
Wanted Revolution purchasing contact
Odin Haraldsson, a wanted Revolution contact, gives you his Business Card (Green) so you can call him to come and buy weapons and supplies. The more you sell him, the bigger his budget gets. Reporting him on either visit pays the bounty, but he stops answering your calls.

- SPrepare for this customer
- A seller of goods that are hard to get elsewhere, equipment, a reward or an unlock the specialization's route depends on, a deadline or branch to decide in advance, or a danger of major loss such as game over, arrest or confiscation makes advance preparation worthwhile. A high priority does not mean every purchase or report is recommended.
- AUseful in the right situation
- A main buyer of your goods, a seller of some of your inputs, a side income, optional input, reputation opportunity or conditional risk matters when the matching stock, branch or cash need exists. Check the condition before reserving scarce money or goods.
- BOrdinary response is enough
- The specialization does not normally depend on this customer's goods or outcome. Serve an appropriate incidental trade when the visitor comes without planning the business around it; a low priority does not remove legal or safety consequences.
Events
Quick summary
Day 10Do not report him
→you get the Business Card (Green). Phone him and he comes to buy 2 days later (once every 5 days). With Skip Intro he comes on day 2.
He buys weapons and supplies, and his budget grows as you sell (from 350 up to 1500). He sees through disguised chemicals and injectors.
Reporting pays 300 but ends the contact.
Visit 1
- When
- Day 10, or day 2 if you chose Skip Intro. He always comes, regardless of chance or reputation. Known Snitch prevents this visit.
- What happens
- He explains how to sell to the Revolution through him and gives you a Business Card (Green).
Choices
Finish the introduction; there is no dialogue choice
- Once the introduction ends, you can call him by phone.
- You receive a Business Card (Green).
- When you call him and ask him to come, he comes to buy 2 days later.
Report to Security (base bounty 300)
Needs
- You can report as long as you have not shot, and have not used Blackmail or Threaten on this visitor while bargaining. If your first press is met with a plea, press Report again.
- Reporting a wanted person is always valid: you get a 300-credit bounty and 5 Security reputation, and your reputation with the visitor's faction changes by -6 (before perk and difficulty adjustments).
- If you report him, he stops answering your calls.
Recommended response
Keep the contact if you need a repeat buyer for accepted weapons and supplies; finishing the introduction gives a Business Card (Green) and enables a phone invitation arriving two days later. Reporting instead gives base bounty 300 with base Security reputation +5 and Revolution reputation −6, and ends the phone contact. There is no need to buy anything to receive the contact.
Notes
- He never comes as a random wanted customer.
- Reputation numbers are before perk and difficulty adjustments (see the reputation rules).
Visit 2
- When
- After the introduction, you can call him by phone and ask him to come; he comes 2 days later, and you must wait 5 days before asking again. You cannot invite him while you have the Revolution's Blacklisted perk or during a Station-wide Crackdown, and once you report him he stops answering. Known Snitch prevents the visit even after a call.
- What happens
- He buys weapons and supplies. He sees through disguised chemicals and injectors, and pays only half the usual extra for contraband.
Choices
Complete a trade and let the visitor leave
- Buy or sell the listed goods under the usual budget and price rules. What you pay or receive depends on the deal; there is no fixed story reward.
- Selling him items raises his budget for later visits: the higher the price, the bigger the rise, and very cheap items add nothing. His budget starts at 350 and stops growing at 1500. The usual budget bonuses are added on each visit.
- For Low-Level to Critical-Level Contraband, he takes off half of the usual contraband markup. He can tell when chemicals or injectors are not what they appear to be.
Let the visitor leave without a deal
- The visit ends with no deal and no bounty. Later visits listed for this person still follow their own conditions.
Report to Security (base bounty 350)
Needs
- You can report as long as you have not shot, and have not used Blackmail or Threaten on this visitor while bargaining. If your first press is met with a plea, press Report again.
- Reporting a wanted person is always valid: you get a 350-credit bounty and 5 Security reputation, and your reputation with the visitor's faction changes by -6 (before perk and difficulty adjustments).
- If you report him, he stops answering your calls.
Recommended response
Sell accepted goods if the displayed price and budget suit them; sales of reasonably valuable items grow his base budget from 350 toward 1500 for later visits, more for pricier items. He detects disguised chemicals and injectors and cuts the ordinary extra contraband markup by about half, so a false label is not a profitable plan here. Leaving preserves the contact, while reporting takes a 350 base bounty and ends it, with base Security reputation +5 and Revolution reputation −6.
Notes
- His budget grows by what he actually paid for each item, which is less when his remaining budget runs short.
- Reputation numbers are before perk and difficulty adjustments (see the reputation rules).
Reporting
- Base bounty
- 300–350
- Revolution reputation
- -6
Every correct report of a wanted visitor also gives +5 Security reputation.
