Availability and notes
- Own a sealed, loot-filled Security Department Evidence Locker. A plain empty container is not this loot source.
- Unlock with Disposable Keycard (Security) or Disposable Keycard (Command).
- Loot is rolled when the crate is created, using recorded luck. On unlocking an unscanned crate, higher current luck replaces its contents with one new fill; scanning prevents this replacement.
