Placing the right Aniimo in your Homeland RV makes production run faster. Here's which Aniimo have the highest Homeland Ability levels, split between easy early picks and long-term farming picks.
Why Homeland Abilities Matter
The Aniimo worth placing in your Homeland are the ones with the highest-level Homeland Abilities: higher levels mean more efficient work, letting them produce goods and finish tasks faster. You can place multiple copies of the same Aniimo, so feel free to catch duplicates specifically for Homeland use. An Aniimo's character level doesn't directly affect its efficiency; it only matters indirectly, since evolving to a higher stage (which has its own level requirements) usually comes with higher-level Homeland Abilities.
Best Aniimo for Beginners
These 4 Aniimo are ones you'll naturally pick up early in the main quest, so by the time you unlock your Homeland you'll likely already have them ready to place.
| Aniimo | Homeland Abilities |
|---|---|
| Budclaw | Grass Level 1, Earth Level 1, and Hauling Level 1. By itself it can Reclaim, Sow, and store goods, and later can even Mine once that facility is unlocked. |
| Dewy | Dark Level 1, Leisure Level 1, and Perfumery Level 1 (a Dewy exclusive). It handles Reap and Leisure work, and its unique Perfumery ability is used for crafting Perfumes. |
| Skippy | Water Level 1 and Hauling Level 1. Hauling helps store goods and handle pick-up tasks, but Skippy's real value is watering crops, which shortens their growth time. |
| Flutternym | Wind Level 1 and Leisure Level 1. It works well as an early processing-focused Aniimo since it can operate the Carousel Mill. |

Best Aniimo for Long-Term Farming
With the exception of Somniwing, these Aniimo can mostly be obtained within the first couple hours of the game, and currently have the highest-level Homeland Ability for their type, so they can be used indefinitely.
| Aniimo | Homeland Abilities |
|---|---|
| Stellarys | Dark Level 3 and Leisure Level 3. |
| Scorchhowl | Fire Level 3 and Hauling Level 3. |
| Highland Scorchhowl | Same Fire Level 3 and Hauling Level 3 as regular Scorchhowl, plus Earth Level 2. A good alternative if you want an Aniimo that can multi-task. |
| Fragrancier | Dark Level 3, Leisure Level 3, and Perfumery Level 3. |
| Glynsera | Ice Level 3 and Hauling Level 3. |
| Turbo | Wind Level 3 and Leisure Level 3. A direct upgrade to Flutternym; swap it in if you're out of Aniimo slots. |
| Shrubclaw | Grass Level 2, Earth Level 3, and Hauling Level 3. Works well as your primary Miner, and it's easy to get since it evolves from Budclaw. |
| Blazen | Lightning Level 3 and Artisanship Level 3. The high Lightning level lets it craft Aniipods quickly, while Artisanship is useful at the Crafting Table. |
| Leafy | Grass Level 3, Water Level 2, and Hauling Level 3, making it a great all-around Aniimo for the farm. |
| Glacy | Water Level 3, Ice Level 2, and Hauling Level 3. Its high Water level makes it especially effective at fetching water from the Well for crafting. |
| Somniwing | Grass Level 4 and Leisure Level 4, the highest levels confirmed so far, plus Wind Level 3, currently the highest Wind level seen on any Aniimo. |

Homeland Tips
Since your Homeland only has a limited number of Aniimo slots, prioritize Aniimo that can perform multiple tasks at a high level over ones that only do a single task well.
