Tiers run from SS down to A. An Aniimo only reaches the top when it holds its role across a wide range of parties, not just in the one team built around it, so the higher tiers are also the safest Aniimo to spend your levelling materials on.
The rankings are based on play in a pre-release test build, so they can differ from the live version.
Overall Aniimo Tier List
The overall tier scores how much an Aniimo contributes to a party as a whole, pulling its damage, support, healing and energy scores together. Every name links to its full entry, and Aniimo with more than one form are listed per form because their attributes and role change with the form.
SS Tier Aniimo and Why They Rank There
Six Aniimo reach SS. What they have in common is that they keep doing their job in almost any party, instead of needing one specific team around them.
| Aniimo | Why it is SS |
|---|---|
| GlacyPrismana Form | A healer whose heal is not a placed field, so the party keeps recovering while everyone keeps moving. That makes it valuable against hard bosses, and the Prismana Form also supports team damage. |
| Turbo | An all-round supporter you can aim for early. It raises damage, BREAK efficiency, survivability and healing at once, and its damage buff is not tied to any attribute, so it fits any team. |
| Thornblade | A straightforward grass attacker. Its normal attack chain carries a large bonus, its contract gear makes that chain easy to open with, and its skill damage is high too, so it needs no setup to perform. |
| Besauce | The best energy supplier in the game right now. Its core skill restores energy with no conditions attached, its trait adds more on top, and its ultimate still supports electric damage. |
| IrisalisPrismana Form | Its clones let it attack from three bodies at once, which puts its damage per second far ahead of the field. It fights at range so it eats fewer hits, and it can revive itself once every few minutes. |
| Fulmintis | A crit buff and its charge mechanic keep its energy efficiency high, and its multi-hit blade rush converts that energy into heavy damage. It gets even better next to a BREAK partner. |
Tier List by Role
The same Aniimo can sit in different tiers depending on what you want from it, so here is the ranking split by role. If you are filling a specific slot in your team, read this one instead of the overall list.

| A | Bouldus |
Almost nothing specialises in shields and damage reduction yet, so the defense support ranking has no SS or S tier. A supporter that also covers defense, such as the two in S+, is usually the practical answer.
Energy Regen
Best Aniimo for Exploration
For exploration, battle power does not matter. What matters is the level of the movement ability, and Lv3 is the highest there is. These are the Aniimo that reach it.

One Lv3 Aniimo of each type covers the whole map, so there is no reason to stack several of the same ability.
How We Rank Aniimo
Each Aniimo is scored in the categories below, and the overall tier is built from those scores.
| Category | What we look at |
|---|---|
| Overall | Total contribution to a party, built from the scores in every category below. |
| Damage | Damage in real fights, plus energy efficiency and how easily that damage comes out. |
| Attack Support | How much it raises your allies' damage, including the size of the effect and how easy it is to keep up. |
| Defense Support | Survivability from shields and damage reduction, including the size of the effect and how easy it is to keep up. |
| Healing | Whether it can heal the party reliably in a real fight, including the amount healed and whether the heal locks you in place. |
| Energy Regen | How much energy it supplies, how efficiently, and how much it speeds up the party's skill rotation. |
Versatility and activation conditions count too
Raw numbers are not the whole score. Energy efficiency, versatility, how lenient the activation conditions are, how easy the effect is to keep up and how hard the Aniimo is to replace all feed into it. An Aniimo that only shines in one specific team ranks below one that does its job in a wide range of parties.
A tier list does not replace attribute matchups. Even an SS Aniimo loses damage into an enemy that resists it, so check the chart before you lock in a team.
