How to Unlock Is That a… Lighthouse?
The quest starts from the map Clue "A Lighthouse?", shown as a lightbulb icon on the Tideblossom Coast. The clue says the young girl Leah is always looking around the Tideblossom Coast during the day, as if searching for something, and wonders whether it could be a lighthouse.
- Chat with Leah, the girl looking around, in the daytime
- Progress the main quest to unlock the Day and Night Switch feature
- Explore the Tideblossom Coast at night and learn about the legend of the Golden Shooting Star
These are the three tips listed on the clue. You need the Day and Night Switch before you can do the night part.
- Talk to Leah in the daytime
Find Leah, the girl looking around the Tideblossom Coast, during the day and speak with her.
- Switch to night and watch the sky
Near Leah's spot, switch the time to night and look up. The Golden Shooting Star crosses the sky.
- Follow the shooting star
Track the Golden Shooting Star as it falls. It lands as an Alpha Luminelle.
- Defeat the Alpha Luminelle
Beat the Alpha Luminelle to receive the Research Notes on Bulbly Electrolinguistics. This starts the quest.
The Three Quest Objectives
The quest has three objectives, in this order.
- Talk to the Bulbly by the cliff.
Go to the cliff edge near where you fought the Alpha Luminelle and speak with the Bulbly. It asks you to share stories about the surface world.
- Explore Tideblossom Coast and search for seafaring adventure lore.
Open your map to see the marked search spots on the Tideblossom Coast, then visit each one to collect the four volumes of The Treasures of the Sea and Where to Find Them that you need: (II), (III), (IV), and (VI). See the next section for each location.
- Tell the Bulbly a story about the sea
Return to the Bulbly at the cliff edge and talk to it to share the seafaring lore you gathered. Finishing the conversation completes the quest.

The four books you need are volumes (II), (III), (IV), and (VI). The map marks each search spot on the Tideblossom Coast.
