Talk to Dael
For the first objective, "Outside the Celestis outpost, there's someone who seems to be very anxious?", talk to Dael at the marker outside the Celestis outpost. He is worried about the Celestis inside and asks you to go and check on them.
Twine with a Celestis and enter the outpost
For "Explore the Celestis outpost!", Twine with your own Celestis, then enter the cave opening in front of Dael. As a human or Twined with any other Aniimo, you get the message "A mysterious power keeps you from entering. 'Only Celestises can enter this place!'" and are sent back to Dael.
Find the three nests
In the center of the outpost are three large nests. Walking up to them shows the "Insert large Starine" prompt, but you need to collect three Large Starines first. Their locations are covered below.
Insert the Large Starines
Once you have all three, return to the nests. On the Deliver Items screen, select Large Starine x3 and hand them over.
Pick up the Treasured Large Starine
A cutscene plays, and a Gold Chest and the Treasured Large Starine appear on the ground. Open the chest and pick up the Treasured Large Starine. The Treasured Large Starine's description opens with "A special large Starine from a large Starine tree." and says Perfumer Dael may turn it into something remarkable.
Go back to Dael
For "Go to Perfumer Dael!", leave the outpost and talk to Perfumer Dael to tell him how the Celestis are doing.
Give the Treasured Large Starine to Dael
For "Give the Treasured Large Starine to Dael", select the Treasured Large Starine (x1) on the Deliver Items screen and press Confirm.
Receive the Peace of Mind perfume
After a short conversation, Dael gives you the Peace of Mind Curio and the quest is complete. Its description opens with "I'll be thinking of them, but knowing that everybody is alright is good enough for me."

All Large Starine Locations

All three Large Starines are inside the Celestis outpost, around the nests.

Large Starine 1: inside the tree trunk
Go to the right of the nests and look inside the hollow tree trunk. Walk up to the Large Starine and pick it up.
Large Starine 2: hanging from a branch
Behind the nests, a Large Starine hangs high up on a tree branch. Climb the rocks next to it, glide down toward the tree, and hit the Large Starine in midair to knock it to the ground. Then pick it up.
Large Starine 3: ask Dum-Dum
By the wall on the left, Dum-Dum is guarding a Large Starine. Talk to Dum-Dum, who says "Sure! Bring me ten starines! It's gotta be ten, okay?"
Bring Dum-Dum 10 Starines
You can collect all 10 Starines on the ground around the outpost, and nothing else is needed. Talk to Dum-Dum again and hand over the 10 Starines on the Deliver Items screen.
