Alpha Leafy is a Lv.35 boss with two elements at once, Grass and Water. That pairing changes which counters actually work, so here are its real weaknesses, every attack, the shield you have to break, and how to catch it.
Where to Find Alpha Leafy
Alpha Leafy appears on a lotus pond ringed by trees in the Breezy Plains. The in-game description reads "lives in ponds blanketed with lotus leaves", and the pond is exactly that. It respawns 20 seconds after being cleared, and there are no prerequisites to fight it: head to its location and the battle begins.
Alpha Leafy Weaknesses
Alpha Leafy carries the Grass and Water elements at the same time, and the game names its counters for you: the map panel lists Ice, Electric and Wind as Highly Recommended, and Water and Rock as Not Recommended. Do not read the two element tables separately here. Fire and Dark beat Grass on their own, but Water shrugs them off, so against Alpha Leafy they come out as plain damage. Ice is the pick of the three: it is the only one that also takes reduced damage from Alpha Leafy's Water attacks, while Electric and Wind get hit at full strength.

| Grass Bubbles | Alpha Leafy summons green bubbles that track your position. Running in a straight line will not shake them, so keep moving and put distance or cover between you and them. |
| Water Bubble | Alpha Leafy lobs water bubbles that do not track you. A marker shows the impact point on the ground first, so step off the marking and they land on empty ground. |
| Tornadoes | Alpha Leafy raises several tornadoes that sweep around the arena. This one runs on for a while, so drop the damage and put everything into dodging until it ends. |
| Shield | Alpha Leafy wraps itself in a shield and starts recovering HP, and the game itself prompts you to break the shield to stop it. A gauge appears under its HP bar: empty that and the healing stops, so drop everything else and go at the shield. |
How to Catch Alpha Leafy
