Land Color: Falling Stars unlocks when you finish the Sink into the Colorless Dream Journey Quest. The clue "Clue: Colorless Dream: Falling Stars" appears automatically on the map at the Amethyst Tree, even if you do not have Peace of Mind yet. You only need Peace of Mind to finish the quest.
The clue is marked with a lightbulb icon. Its description starts with "Something has changed in the flower sprout at the center of the Amethyst Tree." and ends with "Try to sense the Colorless Dream: Falling Stars."

- Go to the Colorless Dream - Falling Stars bubble
Head to the Amethyst Tree islet in Tideblossom Coast and walk up to the floating bubble labeled "Colorless Dream - Falling Stars".
- Interact with the bubble
Interact with the bubble while you have Peace of Mind. There is no item selection screen. The message "Peace of Mind paints the pale dreamscape with the color of meeting and parting." appears instead.
- Quest complete
Color returns to the bubble and the quest completes on the spot.
