Primegy Guide: What It Is and How to Restore It

Primegy is the currency you'll spend to challenge Alpha and Omega Aniimo and unlock Holo-Battle Simulator rewards. Here's what it does, how to spend it, and every way to restore it.

What Is Primegy?

Primegy is a currency in Aniimo, consumed by certain activities. It's mainly spent to farm evolution materials and equipment from Alpha and Omega Aniimo.

How to Spend Primegy

There are two main ways to spend Primegy:

Method	Details
Alpha and Omega Challenges	Alpha and Omega Aniimo are overworld bosses, and attempting to catch one costs Primegy. Claiming the rewards costs 30 Primegy per claim, and always returns guaranteed upgrade materials and equipment. If an Alpha Aniimo hasn't been discovered yet, you can select its tab in the Aniimo Challenges section to track its location. You can reach the Aniimo Challenges section from the Institute Guide (press F4).
Holo-Battle Simulator	The Holo-Battle Simulator is a roguelite mode, and its rewards are also gated behind Primegy. A run usually holds 2 to 3 chests, and each chest reportedly costs 30 Primegy to open.

The Holo-Battle Simulator is a roguelite mode, and its rewards are also gated behind Primegy. A run usually holds 2 to 3 chests, and each chest reportedly costs 30 Primegy to open.

How to Restore Primegy

Primegy restores in three ways: naturally over time, with Glimmer, or with Primegy Batteries.

Method	Details
Natural regeneration	Primegy regenerates at a rate of 1 every 6 minutes. That works out to as much as 240 per day, against a daily cap of 300.
Glimmer	Primegy can be bought back with Glimmer by selecting the Primegy counter in the top right of the screen. Spend 50 Glimmer to restore 60 Primegy. Glimmer itself is reportedly obtainable from in-game activities, real money purchases, or the battle pass.
Primegy Battery	Each Primegy Battery restores 60 Primegy. Batteries are reportedly obtainable from events, Level Up Rewards, and the Companion Handbook.
