Glimmer is the currency you spend on items like Capafruit, Aniipod Ultra, and Primegy. Here is every way to earn it that we confirmed, where you can spend it, and what we recommend buying first.

What Is Glimmer?

Glimmer is a Currency item. Its in-game description calls it a glowing gem used to purchase items from outpost vendors. In practice, you spend it in the Glimmer Shop on rare Aniimo enhancement items, cosmetic cards for your character, and Primegy.

What to Buy with Glimmer

Here is the order we recommend spending Glimmer in. Our top four picks are Sparkling Crystals, Aniipod Ultra, Capafruit, and Primegy x60.

High priority:

ItemWhy buy it
1. Sparkling CrystalsTrade 1,000 Sparkling Crystals for a Sparkling Cube. A Sparkling Cube always catches the Aniimo, and the Aniimo you catch is always Sparkling with Perfect potential.
2. Aniipod UltraAlways catches the Aniimo, and the Aniimo you catch has at least Elite potential.
3. CapafruitLimited to 1 per week, and one of the few ways to raise an Aniimo's Innate Potential.
4. Primegy x60Keeps your daily Primegy topped up so you can keep farming resource-heavy stages.

Medium priority:

ItemWhy buy it
Plant Growth Tonic / Energizing Work Meal bundlesUseful for instantly getting the resources a Homeland Order needs, or for selling to earn Home Coins quickly.
Morph OrbWorth it if you want to keep an Aniimo you've invested in and turn it into a Region Form with a better element. It doesn't transform the Prismana form, so otherwise it's only cosmetic.

Low priority:

ItemWhy buy it
Hair Saloon Card, Redesign Card, Name Change CardPurely visual. They have no effect on combat or account progression.
Gift of CelebrationLow priority for solo play, but co-op players can prioritize it to unlock Aniimo trading tiers and mutual Prismana energy sharing faster.
