Sanctum: Rushing Rapids is located on an island in the northern part of Echoback Landing. Reaching it requires an Aniimo with Swim ability.
Sanctum: Rushing Rapids Objective and Rewards
The sanctum's objective is to reach its heart and restore the Vein, tracked as a single task. Its challenge screen describes the run as a race through obstacle-filled rapids, so keep an eye on both sides of the path as you swim.
Rushing Rapids holds 3 chests, and restoring the Vein for the first time rewards Lumin Amber x1 and Character EXP x500.
How to Solve the Rushing Rapids Puzzle
While twined with Popota in the water, press Space to jump over an obstacle. Press and hold Shift to make Popota swim and jump faster, then press Shift again to return to normal.
Along the route, step on the floor's glowing geometric pattern for a short speed boost, and use the large yellow ball to restore Stamina.
You have 120 seconds to reach the heart of the sanctum: once the timer starts, rising water will submerge the legendary chest when it runs out. All 3 chests are found at the heart of the sanctum, so use the speed boosts and Stamina refills along the way to make the timer.
