Sanctum: Twisted Roots is located in the central part of The Mistwoods.
How to Unlock Sanctum: Twisted Roots
Access to Sanctum: Twisted Roots is sealed behind the Binding Oath quest.
Binding Oath's Quest Targets are to gather a Vine Core in the eastern Ruins, the western Swamp, and the northern Cave.
How to Get All 3 Vine Cores
- Ruins: slip past or climb past the Hexxin
Multiple Hexxin guard the Vine Core in the Ruins. Twine with a Hexxin to disguise yourself as one of them, or climb the Ruin walls, to reach it.
- Cave: bring a Fire Aniimo
Bring a Fire Aniimo into the Cave. After grabbing the Vine Core, you can continue deeper into the cave to catch a Blessed Wisptis.
- Swamp: climb the pillars and glide across
In the Swamp, climb onto the pillars and glide across them to reach the Vine Core.
If a Hexxin detects you in the Ruins, you'll be sent back to the entrance.
Falling into the Swamp water also sends you back to the entrance.
Once you've collected all 3 Vine Cores, the thick roots blocking Sanctum: Twisted Roots' entrance are cleared.
Sanctum: Twisted Roots Objective and Rewards
There are no other puzzles or objectives inside Sanctum: Twisted Roots. Simply collect the chest, then restore the Vein.
Restoring the Vein for the first time awards 500 Character EXP and Lumin Amber.
