Hints
Show The Barber Some Ice
The Barber is asking you to bring him ice from the Albaneve Summits to "refresh" him. Bringing him materials from the mountains may inspire him to create new hair colors. Bring the Barber ice!
Show The Barber Some Enshrouded Ice
The ice you brought the Barber, sadly, did not inspire him. He wants to send you out again to search the enshrouded valleys of the Albaneve Summits instead of the peaks. He's looking for ice that's more "imperfect" and tainted by a discoloration. Acquire enshrouded ice from the mushrooms in Albaneve Summits enshrouded valleys and show it to the Barber!
