Description	Spikes disrupt the smooth surface and jut forward like razor blades. They spring from within a center of calm, from the storm's eye, as devastating violet rain on a thunderous night — after which all weakness will be cleansed, and only the strongest may rise from the submerged lands. According to folklore, this symbolizes the origin of the drakian Broodmother Vesztah. Spellcasting: Equip a Staff and Spell Charges, then use Mana to cast.

A step lower in Power, but Opportunistic and Ruthless raise Critical Strike chance and damage against Soaked enemies, the combo this build plays around, and All Magic Shock Damage boosts the Shock that follows.
