Spend your Standard Contracts on the Beginner banner as soon as you have them. It guarantees an SSR adventurer 40 pulls sooner than the usual 90-pull pity, so it's the best way to strengthen your team early on. It doesn't drop SSR Buddies, so if you want one, pull a different banner.

Don't Spend Rutacoin on It

The Beginner banner has no end date. Stick to Standard Contracts from rewards and don't spend Rutacoin on it; save Rutacoin for the featured banner and Energy.

How the Beginner Banner Works

SSR Adventurer Guaranteed Within 50 Pulls

The Beginner banner guarantees an SSR adventurer within 50 pulls. That's 40 pulls fewer than the usual pity, so it's the cheapest way to go for an SSR adventurer.

It Ends Once You Get One SSR

If you get an SSR adventurer before pull 50, the Beginner banner ends right there. After that, spend your Standard Contracts on the standard banner or the rotating banner.

10-Pulls Are 20% Off

A 10-pull on the Beginner banner costs only 8 Standard Contracts, so spend the ones you get early in the game here first. The banner screen also shows how many pulls you have left.

No SSR Buddies

The Beginner banner doesn't drop SSR Buddies: every SSR you get is an adventurer, so it's a great banner if you want a strong adventurer. If you want an SSR Buddy, pull on the standard banner or the rotating banner instead.
