There are 47 Trouble Busters in Monster Hunter Outlanders: 29 in Giantwood Locale and 18 in Searing Plains. At each one, a Lynian in trouble needs your help, from a quick quiz to a rescue. This page shows every spot on a numbered map with a checklist, all six request types and the rewards.

How to Clear Trouble Busters
Clearing a Trouble Busters spot takes two steps.
1. Find a Lynian in Trouble
Use the map above, or search for them in game: tap the magnifying-glass icon on the left of the map screen. This search unlocks once a watchtower reaches Lv 5, so level up watchtowers with the Lusterwasps you collect.
A few spots have extra notes on the map, such as a different reward or how to reach the Lynian. Tap the number to see them.
2. Talk to It and Solve Its Problem
Walk up to the Lynian and talk to it. After the conversation, solve a simple quiz or clear a short event to fix its problem and get the rewards. Then tick the spot off in the checklist above.
All Trouble Busters Request Types
What the Lynian asks for is one of these six types. None of them are hard.

| Small Monster Hunt | Defeat the small monsters around the Lynian. |
| Quiz | Answer the Lynian's quiz. If you get it wrong, you can try again. |
| Rescue | Solve the puzzle to free a Lynian who's trapped. |
| Lost Lynian Search | Tap the buttons that appear on both sides of the screen until the gauge at the top fills up. |
| Conversation | Just talk to the Lynian to get the rewards. |
Trouble Busters Rewards
Most Trouble Busters spots give the same guaranteed rewards, including Lusterwasps for leveling up watchtowers, plus random plant and mushroom materials in varying amounts. A few spots give a different reward, shown in their map note.
